Alta Langa D.O.C.G. Brut Millesimato 2018 Magnum 1,5 Lt
Vine: 70% Pinot Nero, 30% Chardonnay.
Colour: straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: fragrant, with scents of bread crust and dried fruit.
Flavour: dry, sapid, armonic, well structured.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.

Size: 0,75l - 1,5l.
After a careful selection of the harvest period, the grapes are selected by hand, collected in crates and pressed whole.
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ºC, after about 9 months of aging on the fine lees, the cuvée is bottled with the yeasts selected for the second fermentation letting the wine rest in the bottle for at least 38-40 months.
Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco “Lo Scricciolo” D.O.C.G. 2020
Vine: 100% Malvasia of Castelnuovo don Bosco.
Colour: bright red tending towards rosé.
Smell: delicate, oral and fruity touch.
Taste: fresh, well balanced sweetness.
Alcohol content: 5,5% vol.

Coming from an area where the ancient vines of the Malvasia.
The resulting wine is a red with character, with a sweet and fruity avor, particularly suitable to accompany seasonal fruit and pastries gender.
Serve at a temperature of 8°-10° C.
Piemonte D.O.C. Albarossa 2017

Bouquet: heady, evolves with ageing.
Flavour: dry, still, rm, more harmonious with sucient ageing.
Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Produced from the ancient grape variety of the same name, this is a high class wine with a marked personality.
Dry, full-bodied palate; unmistakeably harmonious, genteel bouquet.
Drink with meat, cheeses and main courses.

Grignolino d’Asti D.O.C. 2021
Vine: 100% Grignolino.
Colour: light bright red.
Smell: tantalizing vinous tone, intense.
Taste: dry, slightly tannic.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.

It is a young wine with a light red color and an intense aroma.
The taste is harmonious and slightly tannic.
It is suitable to be consumed throughout the meal.
To be served at a temperature of 16°-18° C.

Colour: intense ruby red with violet notes.
Smell: vinous, fruity with hints of cherries, currants, plums.
Taste: dry well structured taste, fresh with persistent and almondy aftertaste.

The Barbera grapes of this wine come from vineyards owned, by the hill of Rodotiglia exposed to the South and some vineyards of historical local suppliers of the same territory.
The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, with a maceration of about 12-14 days; in addition, in recent years we also carry out the co-inoculation with selected lactic bacteria, in order to induce malolactic fermentation immediately at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. After two decants, the wine rests in steel containers on its ne lees for at least six months where the wine acquires its aromatic complexity.

The Barbera grapes of this wine come from old vineyards owned, from the hill of Rodotiglia exposed to the south and from some vineyards of historical local suppliers of the same territory.
The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, with a maceration of about 15-20 days.
At the end of fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tonneaux and barriques where it is racked and where it remains for about 1 year.
Once the wine has been aged, it remains for about 6 months in steel tanks and then is bottled.

Taste: smooth and full-bodied.

Vine of French origin that adapts very well to our relatively humid, poorly fertilized calcareous soils.
In these conditions it produces grapes from which this full-bodied wine is obtained, rich in flavor and aromas which retains its original fruit for a long time.
It should be served cool at a temperature of 8°-10° C.

Intense red wine, young and lively, medium-bodied.
It goes well with salami in general, first and second courses, but it is excellent for the whole meal.
