Obtained from the skilful vini cation of prized white Moscato grapes.
With its sweet, aromatic avour it is an ideal accompaniment to fruit, sweets and desserts in general, and makes a great celebration wine.

Colour: ruby red with coppery notes.
Bouquet: fruity, heady with a delicate musky aroma.
Flavour: sweet, soft and balanced.

A highly prized red obtained from the exclusive Brachetto grape, which is cultivated in a limited area of Piedmont, and makes a princely dessert wine.
In the glass its sweet, soft, fragrant avour recalls its fruit.
Excellent with fruit and sweets in general, it can be drunk at any time. Serve at a temperature of 6°C-8°C.
Barbera del Monferrato Frizzante D.O.C. 2020
Vine: 100% Barbera.
Colour: intense red.
Smell: vinous, fragrant and fruity.
Taste: sparkling, smooth, medium-bodied.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Packaging: 6 bottles cardboard.
It is the most fragrant in the Barbera family.
Intense red wine, young and lively, medium-bodied.
It goes well with salami in general, first and second courses, but it is excellent for the whole meal.
Serve at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G. "Chiaro di Luna" 2023

Vine: 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli.
Colour: straw yellow with very fine perlage.
Smell: intensely aromatic, with hints of white flowers, sage, peach and tropical fruit.
Taste: sparkling, sweets but never cloying, with good acidity and minerality.
Alcohol content: 5% vol.

It is the company’s workhorse that well represents our passion for making wine. After having chosen the harvest period in a maniacal way to establish the perfect degree of ripeness with the highest peak of aromas, the grape is harvested, the press is integrated and processed in such a way that it spends as little time as possible from harvesting to processing to obtain a must of the highest quality. When needed, it is fermented in autoclaves at a temperature of 15 °C until it reaches 5% of alcohol and 2,5 atm of pressure.

Chardonnay Varietale Frizzante
Vine: 100% Chardonnay.
Colour: light straw yellow.
Smell: marked hints of fresh fruit.
Taste: smooth and full-bodied.
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Vine of French origin that adapts very well to our relatively humid, poorly fertilized calcareous soils.
In these conditions it produces grapes from which this full-bodied wine is obtained, rich in flavor and aromas which retains its original fruit for a long time.
It should be served cool at a temperature of 8°-10° C.

This is a well-balanced harmonious white which is ready to drink.
Its clean, pleasing avour accompanies a delicate, fresh bouquet.
Particularly suitable with starter, white meat and fi sh main courses.

Colour: intense purple red.
Smell: intense, with hints of currant and vanilla.
Taste: soft, smooth, very persistent.
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol.

The Barbera grapes of this wine come from old vineyards owned, from the hill of Rodotiglia exposed to the south and from some vineyards of historical local suppliers of the same territory.
The grapes are destemmed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, with a maceration of about 15-20 days.
At the end of fermentation the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tonneaux and barriques where it is racked and where it remains for about 1 year.
Once the wine has been aged, it remains for about 6 months in steel tanks and then is bottled.
Grignolino d’Asti D.O.C. 2021
Vine: 100% Grignolino.
Colour: light bright red.
Smell: tantalizing vinous tone, intense.
Taste: dry, slightly tannic.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Packaging: 6 bottles cardboard.
It is a young wine with a light red color and an intense aroma.
The taste is harmonious and slightly tannic.
It is suitable to be consumed throughout the meal.
To be served at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
Red Wine Magnum 1,5 Lt

Bouquet: heady and fresh.
Flavour: clean, medium-bodied and lively.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Packaging: box with 6 1.5 litre bottles.
This is the best known, most popular Piedmontese table red.
Its pleasingly lively palate works well with avoursome red meat dishes, thanks to its robust but not overpowering structure.
Alta Langa D.O.C.G. Brut Millesimato 2017
Vine: 70% Pinot Nero, 30% Chardonnay.
Colour: straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: fragrant, with scents of bread crust and dried fruit.
Flavour: dry, sapid, armonic, well structured.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Packaging: 6 bottles cardboard or single case.
Size: 0,75l - 1,5l.
After a careful selection of the harvest period, the grapes are selected by hand, collected in crates and pressed whole.
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ºC, after about 9 months of aging on the fine lees, the cuvée is bottled with the yeasts selected for the second fermentation letting the wine rest in the bottle for at least 38-40 months.
